  • Unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal
  • Equal pay
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Breach of confidence
  • Transfer of undertakings
  • Redundancy, including pre-redundancy consultancy
  • Discrimination
  • Unlawful deductions from wages

Two of our barristers are amongst the UK’s leading experts in appeals against Health & Safety enforcement notices. We also have extensive experience of acting in all types of discrimination cases. If you need advice on a matter, please contact our clerks on 020 7815 3200. They will be happy to recommend a suitable barrister.

Our Clients
We work for public and private sector organisations and individuals. Much of our work comes through solicitors or local authorities, however in some situations we can assist companies and members of the public directly. Please contact our clerks  or visit the Public Access page for further information.

We occasionally undertake conditional fee agreements for harassment, bullying and work-related stress claims.

Seminars
We arrange seminars for clients to help illuminate areas of law – these are accredited by the Law Society and the Bar Council for continuing professional development. You can find details of past and future seminars here.

We are also happy to create tailored training events for existing and prospective clients in the public and private sectors. We also run well-received tribunal role plays in which we help to prepare managers who are due to appear at a tribunal.

If you would like to discuss bespoke training options, please contact Alan Stammers, our Senior Clerk.
