If you wish to make a complaint

Mistakes can occur in the best-run businesses. We sincerely hope this will not be your experience with Five Paper but if so, please be assured that we take such matters very seriously.

 

All complaints are dealt with promptly:

 

  • We invite you to set out the nature and detail of the grievance in writing.
  • We acknowledge receipt by return.
  • A swift and thorough investigation follows.
  • We communicate our findings and any proposed action as soon as possible.

 

We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any problems as first port of call, however all clients are entitled to submit a grievance to the Complaints Commissioner at the Bar Standards Board.
